Chairman and Founder
Adil Zaman is the Founder and Chairman of Youth Evolution Foundation. He provides overall vision and direction to the organization, ensuring that YEF stays focused on youth development, leadership, and positive social change. His strong belief in empowering young people and building responsible communities continues to shape the foundation’s growth and long-term impact.
Co Founder and Vice Chairman
Abrar Ul Haq is a Youth leader at Youth Evolution Foundation. In 2025, he helped guide the organization with clear direction and strong leadership. His focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), youth empowerment, and community development played an important role in building lasting and meaningful impact for society.
Managing Director (MD)
Ghulam Rasool is the Managing Director of Youth Evolution Foundation. He leads the organization with a clear vision to support young people through education, leadership development, and community service. Under his guidance, YEF works to create opportunities for youth to learn new skills, grow with confidence, and contribute positively to society. His commitment and passion continue to strengthen YEF’s mission and long-term impact.
